MOKSHA'S MISSION
Moksha Yoga's mission is to curate a community of adults and children in a safe, welcoming space where we are free explore the many branches of yoga and movement. A place where we can come as we are, work at our own pace, and support each other. At Moksha Yoga, we are rooted in community and giving back one breath at a time.
WELCOME
Welcome to Moksha Yoga, movement and wellness community for adults and children. Yoga means "union"; coming together and connecting with others. Connecting with others through practice allows us to feel supported and encouraged on and off the mat. It was this fulfilling feeling I left every class with that piqued my interest, and I delved into the history, lineage, and life lessons yoga encompasses. Now I want to share all I have learned with you and show you how you can benefit, too.
