Slow flow meets chair yoga in this easy on the knees and hip-friendly class. Standing flows with or without the use of props and wall for balance. No up and down from the floor! Come as you are and work at your level.

This vinyasa class encompasses basic sun salutations and asanas set to music. Emphasis is on proper technique, alignment, and modifications. Expect slower flows with longer holds, restorative poses, balance poses, and optional hands on assist or adjustment.

Vinyasa+ yoga is a physically powerful vinyasa style of yoga that involves a flowing sequence of poses, or asanas. The body moves with intention through postures and transitions, linked together with the breath; creating fluid and smooth movement. Expect balance, strength, and optional inversions.
