WEEKLY OFFERINGS
RESTORATIVE YOGA
|
Get your daily dose of necessary relaxation and balance the nervous system to combat stress. Restorative yoga is about supporting the body with props to facilitate a state of ease and a soft, open release. Poses are held from 3-5 minutes to achieve a place of uninterrupted rest, allowing the nervous system to do its healing work. Whether you are an athlete in need of muscle recovery or just plain stressed with everyday life, you will leave feeling relaxed and clear headed.

VINYASA all levels
|
This vinyasa class encompasses basic sun salutations and asanas set to music. Emphasis is on proper technique, alignment, and modifications. Expect slower flows with longer holds, restorative poses, balance poses, and optional hands on assist or adjustment.

SOUND IMMERSION:
|
45-minute express sound bath with Kara. Here we hold space for deep relaxation and meditation. Come reset your vibes, calm your nervous system and connect with your higher self.
Rest in a comfortable pose of your choice and experience the healing effects of SOUND through crystal bowls, Buffalo drum, Tibetan bowl, rain stick and chimes. If you've never experienced a sound bath, this is the perfect introduction! Dress warmly, bring a mat or chair, blanket and pillow; whatever you need to be comfortable. Limited number of chairs and hassocks available for use. |
INSIDE FLOW
|
Inside Flow with Laurie and Lynn is based on the yogic philosophy spanda - the pulsation of life. This is vinyasa flow choreographed to varied types of music and tempos. Come experience powerful sequences and fluid transitions.
Warning: feeling of connection and emotion through movement. Modifications Available Exertion level: Moderate to High |
THE GENTLEST

Slow flow meets chair yoga in this easy on the knees and hip-friendly class. We begin with a chair warmup then to the wall for strength, flexibility and mobility. Finish on your mat with traditional yoga flows, modified, meditation and shavasana . No up and down from the floor! Come as you are and work at your level.

BEGINNER 3-week SERIES
|
In this 3-week series, you will learn basic yoga poses and philosophies. Although vinyasa in nature, we will also explore other areas and use props. Yoga props provide support and stability, making poses accessible for all. Work at your own pace. No experience needed.
