VINYASA all levels

This is traditional vinyasa class with basic sun salutations and asanas. Emphasis is on proper technique, alignment, and modifications. Vinyasa is a physical practice, moving through weight bearing poses. In our all levels class, expect slower flows with longer holds, balance poses, and strengthening. Optional hands-on adjustment.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
|
Get your daily dose of necessary relaxation and balance the nervous system to combat stress. Restorative yoga is about supporting the body with props to facilitate a state of ease and a soft, open release. Poses are held from 3-5 minutes to achieve a place of uninterrupted rest, allowing the nervous system to do its healing work. Whether you are an athlete in need of muscle recovery or just plain stressed with everyday life, you will leave feeling relaxed and clear headed.

THE GENTLEST
|
Slow flow meets chair yoga in this easy-on-the-knees and hip-friendly class. We begin with a chair warmup then to the wall for strength, flexibility and mobility. Finish on your mat with traditional yoga flows (modified), meditation and shavasana. No up and down from the floor! Come as you are and work at your level.

SPECIAL EVENTS
BREATHE. ALIGN. UNWIND.

This special event begins with gentle movement and restorative poses, followed by breathing techniques and guided Nidra meditation. Sound is woven in throughout this event and will be a full sensory experience that immerses you in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, wind chime, rain stick, and Tibetan singing bowl.
Some benefits of this workshop include ultimate relaxation, stress relief, calm nervous system, balanced energetic body, and ability for self-healing. Dress comfortably and if you have a favorite blanket; bring it along with your mat and water. Exertion level: none! |
BEGINNER YOGA

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of vinyasa yoga with emphasis on proper alignment and technique. We will work on traditional vinyasa sequences, balance, and breathing. Props are used to provide support and stability, making poses accessible for all. Work at your own pace. No experience needed. Optional hands-on assist provided.

YOGA NIDRA Meditation

Join us for our monthly Nidra, a guided meditation to take you to a place between wakefulness and sleep - a place where you can achieve a state of ultimate relaxation & release. You will lay down in a most comfortable position throughout the practice and listen to the voice of the speaker.
Props are provided and if you have a favorite blanket, bring it along with your mat and water. PJs welcome! Exertion Level: none |
SOUND BATH

This sound bath with Kara is typically the last Sunday of the month. Here we hold space for deep relaxation and meditation. Come reset your vibes, calm your nervous system and connect with your higher self. Rest in a comfortable pose of your choice and experience the healing effects of SOUND through crystal bowls, Buffalo drum, Tibetan bowl, rain stick and chimes. If you've never experienced a sound bath, this one-hour gem is the perfect introduction! Dress in your favorite comfy clothes, bring a mat or chair, blanket and pillow; whatever you need to be most comfortable.

MOKSHA MOVES

Moksha Moves is a dance class with the flavor of Zumba, repetition of line dance, and technique of jazz. Movement fitness at its best! Come as you are; dress comfortably (supportive shoes recommended); and move your body to the music. No experience needed. Modifications available. Let's go!!!!! Adults and mature teens welcome.
