PARACHUTE PLAY
This class is for all ages and focuses on creative movement and an intro to yoga in a fun, safe space. Emphasis on fun and imagination! This class is held once a month and focuses on motor skill development, strength and direction. Parachute and obstacles included. Guardian welcome to participate. PRIMAL KIDS YOGA
Ages 5-10 Mindfulness, movement, and vinyasa meet primal movement.....crawling, running, jumping, and balancing. If your child is a mover and a shaker, this is the class for them. Begin settling in with breathwork, flow, move through obstacles, cool down, and shavasana. EVERY Monday 5:00 - 6:00 pm |
SPRING INTO YOGA
4 weeks - ages 6-10 Spring into Yoga with Marie. This a 4-week course for Elementary age students where we will explore yoga poses, mindfulness, simple sequences, stories, games and a weekly craft. TEEN YOGA
Ages 13 + This class meets once a week during the schoold year. Combine the ancient practice of yoga with mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques to guide you and cultivate a sense of balance, strength, and inner peace.
