​Lisa B. trained with Jill Miller in "The Roll Model" method of ball rolling/myofascial release.  Myofascial release (MFR) is a type of therapy that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue (fascia). MFR can help relieve pain, improve range of motion, and promote relaxation. Pain seems to be an epidemic, and it can prevent us from performing our best; it may rob us of concentration, power, and peace of mind. Most pain is preventable and treatable, and healing is within your grasp. Hundreds of thousands of people have made this myofascial release ball rolling part of their practice and in turn, circumvented a dismal future of painkillers, surgeries, and hopelessness.  

No experience needed. Bring a mat and water; limited number of mats available for use. All props provided.

You asked and we listened! Our popular Summer guided meditation was such a success, and many requested a later time for Fall as this is the perfect way to let the tension of the day go and prepare yourself for a good night’s rest. Come in loose, comfy clothing (or PJs!), find a laying down position, and let yourself be led to a state of ultimate relaxation between wakefulness and sleep. It is in this state that we tap into the healing abilities our bodies contain.

Props provided for comfort but feel free to bring a favorite blanket or anything else to make you most comfortable.

This special event begins with gentle movement and restorative poses, followed by breathing techniques and guided nidra meditation. Sound is woven in throughout this event and will be a full sensory experience that immerses you in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, wind chime, rain stick, and Tibetan singing bowl.

Some benefits of this workshop include ultimate relaxation, stress relief, calm nervous system, balanced energetic body, and ability for self-healing.

Dress comfortably and if you have a favorite blanket; bring it along with your mat and water.

SOUND BATH

This sound bath with Kara is once a month, typically the last weekend, on Saturday or Sunday. Here we hold space for deep relaxation and meditation. Come reset your vibes, calm your nervous system and connect with your higher self. Rest in a comfortable pose of your choice and experience the healing effects of SOUND through crystal bowls, Buffalo drum, Tibetan bowl, rain stick and chimes. If you've never experienced a sound bath, this one-hour gem is the perfect introduction! Dress in your favorite comfy clothes, bring a mat or chair, blanket and pillow; whatever you need to be most comfortable.

Join us for 4 consecutive beginner classes held on Sunday mornings. No experience needed. You will work to your best ability and pace. Learn basic yoga poses along with proper alignment and technique.  This is vinyasa style yoga, linking breath with movement and intention. Yoga props provided for support and stability, making poses accessible for all.  Bring a mat and water; limited number of mats available for use.
